\nResponsibilities\n\nCarry out aircraft maintenance in accordance with approved data, company procedures and regulatory requirements.\n\nCertify maintenance tasks within the scope of your licence and company authorisations.\n\nCarry out scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, inspections, defect rectification and component replacements.\n\nAssist with diagnosing and troubleshooting aircraft defects.\n\nEnsure all maintenance documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner.\n\nMaintain compliance with UK CAA regulations, company procedures and safety standards.\n\nWork closely with B1/B2 Licensed Engineers, mechanics and wider maintenance teams.\n\nPromote a strong safety culture and support continuous improvement across the operation.\nEssential Requirements\n\nUK CAA Part-66 Category A Licence.\n\nHands-on experience working on Airbus A320 aircraft.\n\nBase and/or line maintenance experience on commercial aircraft.\n\nRecognised apprenticeship, diploma or equivalent aircraft maintenance qualification.\n\nValid right to work in the UK.\n\nWillingness to work a 5-5-4 shift pattern covering days and nights.\nDesirable\n\nA320 type rating.\n\nCurrent or recent company approvals/authorisations on A320 aircraft.\n\nPrevious line maintenance experience.\nAdditional Information\n\nPermanent position.\n\nBased at London Luton Airport.\n\n5-5-4 shift pattern covering days and nights.\n\n12-hour shifts.\n\nCompetitive salary and benefits package
