Position Type : Full time Type Of Hire : Experienced (relevant combo of work and education) Travel Percentage : 0%Sales and Retentions AdvisorSalary - £23,500 PA + CommissionWorking Hours -37 hr week between 9.30am – 8.00 pm, Mon to SatVariable shifts within a working windowWorking model – initially office based, moving into home/flexible workingAbout the teamBe the first in a brand-new team within our Gateshead office, working for one of our long standing, successful clients in a new function.As an Outbound Upgrade, Sales & Retentions Advisor for one of the UK’s top 5 Telecommunications, you'll promote and sell products and services with a focus on customer upgrades, acquisition and retention whilst delivering award winning customer satisfaction.What you’ll be doing: You are responsible for outbound calling existing Customers.  You will add value and create prospects by discussing new products and services in order to retain and meet the needs of the Customer. Making outbound calls to existing customers within our contact centre environmentDelivering a service which makes your customers feel valued and supported offering products and services to new and existing customers Ensuring sales are regulatory compliant: adhering to prepared selling scripts whilst delivering exceptional customer satisfactionTaking payments from customersMaintaining and updating our customer databaseWhat we’re looking for:Confidence and the ability to communicate clearly and effectivelyA quick learner who can adapt to the rapidly changing products and service in the mobile telecommunication world A good listener, who can be empathetic, show patience and adapt their behaviours to match our customers.An ability to think on your feet and adapt to different situations12 months previous Outbound/Inbound/Retention Sales Advisor Experience in either retail or customer care.Added bonus if you have:Knowledge of mobile Telecoms products and servicesAbility to work both independently and in a team environmentRequires excellent time management and organizational skillsAbility to remain calm under various levels of pressureWhat we offer youThe above, coupled with our induction program and ongoing support, you will be part of a top performing team.
