Senior Health, Safety and CDM Manager required by a company that specialises in servicing commercial, industrial and public sector clients.\n\nWe are seeking someone to be involved in the operational aspects of running the business unit, working to lead, further develop and grow all aspects of the business, with the support of the larger team and Business Director.\n\nThis Senior Health, Safety and CDM Manager role is regional, supplying services to clients primarily across the Central Belt.\n\nYou will ideally be based within commutable distance to the Edinburgh office.\n\nDuties include:\n\nProviding CDM advice and support to Client Teams.\n\nAttending Design and Project Meetings as required throughout projects.\n\nVisiting project sites.\n\nWorking to deadlines to ensure projects are completed efficiently and within budget.\n\nReviewing Construction Phase Plans.\n\nLeading bids and tenders.\n\nPlanning, managing, monitoring and co-ordinating Health and Safety client projects; including identifying, eliminating or controlling foreseeable risks.\n\nExpanding service offering with Safety Services and being the key interface between and liaising with Client Teams.\n\nPreparing and issuing Fee Proposals.\n\nIdentifying regional business development opportunities generally and assisting with the growth of Client base.\n\nQualifications\n\nYou will ideally hold or be working towards CMIOSH Accreditation.\n\nYou will ideally hold a degree or higher-level qualification in a relevant Health and Safety or Construction subject.\n\nExperience\n\nSeveral years’ experience within the Health and Safety Consultancy sector. You will already be at a Senior or Associate level and able to demonstrable strong regional market knowledge.\n\nProven track record of providing CDM support and advice. Comprehensive knowledge of CDM Regulations 2015.
