Senior Mechanical Project Manager About the Role An established Building Services contractor is looking for an experienced Senior Mechanical Project Manager to lead the delivery of high-value commercial mechanical projects (£1m–£10m+) across London and the South East. Key Responsibilities * Manage mechanical projects from contract award through to final handover. * Lead project teams, subcontractors and site supervisors. * Control project budgets, programmes, procurement and commercial performance. * Manage client relationships and attend progress/design meetings. * Coordinate design, commissioning and project handover. * Ensure compliance with H&S, quality and CDM regulations. * Monitor project costs, variations and programme performance. Requirements * Proven Mechanical Project Manager experience within Building Services. * Experience delivering commercial mechanical projects (£1m–£10m+). * Strong knowledge of HVAC, pipework and mechanical building services. * Commercially aware with excellent leadership skills. * Experience managing programmes, procurement and subcontractors. * Full UK Driving Licence. Desirable * HNC/HND/Degree in Mechanical or Building Services Engineering. * SMSTS. * CSCS Managers Card. * Knowledge of JCT/NEC contracts. * BIM experience.
