The Talent Development Partner will join the Talent team and will be responsible for identifying and developing talent within the organisation and taking the lead on the succession planning strategy to shape and grow a future talent pipeline for the business in the EMEA region.Client DetailsMy client is a leading Professional Services, who operate on an international level.DescriptionKey Responsibilities:Lead on the development of the talent structure across EMEA with the support of local talent managers and people partners to help employees maximise their career development potential within the businessEnsure the elevation of employee performance through career pathways which engage staff performance by offering transparency and clarity around expectations for promotion and developmentDesign and project manage a new competency framework for deployment across EMEAIn collaboration with the Recruitment team, deliver improvements on the assessment of external talent, through competency-based interview frameworks and standardised interview formatsWork with the Head of Talent on the development of talent analytics within WorkdayManage the delivery of metrics and scorecards for talent and organisational development areasEnsure the delivery of high quality talent change programmes that enhance employee engagement and development opportunities ProfilePrevious experience in a talent development or talent management roleKnowledge of implementing talent and succession planning strategiesA passion for talent is essentialHR generalist experience is desirableAbility to engage with all levels of employees, including senior stakeholdersExcellent project management skillsExperience of using HRIS is desirableAbility to work in a high volume, fast-paced environmentJob Offer£36,000 per annumExcellent company benefits schemeHybrid working - 2 home-based days, 2 office days and 1 flexible day
